• To request a refund, the customer must present clear proof of daily product use for 30 consecutive days. This proof may include:

1. Daily photos of the capsules consumed or the packaging along with the corresponding date.
2. Written or digital records showing consistent usage and dates of consumption.
3. Any other verifiable evidence supporting consistent and proper use of the product.
4. We reserve the right to request additional proof if the provided evidence is insufficient.

5. Avoiding Alcohol Consumption:

• To ensure the best possible results, the customer must refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages during the 30-day usage period. Alcohol consumption may interfere with the product’s effects and will void eligibility for the money-back guarantee.

6. Timeframe to Request a Refund:

• Refund requests must be made within 15 days after the end of the 30-day usage period. The 30-day period begins on the day the customer receives the product, and from that date, the 30-day usage is counted. This means the customer has up to 45 days from the date of receiving the product to submit a refund request. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
